Owen Tooth has directed a film produced by Uzma Choudry of Threshold Studios to celebrate the achievements of Culture East Midlands. ‘CEM’ have worked in the background over several years to keep Culture at the forefront of the East Midlands agenda. Elliott Stallion created the graphics, while David Beard composed the gentle, upbeat score that matches the subtle yet powerful influence of CEM.
